How To Use:
Diffusion: Place a few drops in a diffuser of choice. 
Topical use: Use a carrier oil and dilute a few drops before applying to desired area. 
Massage: For massage add up to 15 drops of oil per 30ml of carrier oil.
Hand or foot bath: Add a few drops to a large bowl of water or tub.
Bath: Combine a few drops with either Luvin Life Epsom salt or Magnesium Flakes in a tub.
