Shipping policy

Luvin Life use a suitable courier or Australia Post to get your orders to you. 

FREE SHIPPING will be offered for orders above $99. For all orders under $99, there'll be a flat delivery fee of $9.95 within Australia.

Please note the order value of $99 is after discounts have been applied and excludes the cost of shipping.

We do the best we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible and will work towards processing all orders within 1-2 business days or receipt.

We estimate that deliveries will be received within 2-7 days from dispatch. Regional areas can take longer, sometimes up to 2 weeks. Tracking numbers are provided on your shipping confirmation email and these can be used to track your order.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect. If there are incorrect details or omissions in the delivery address, the package will be returned to our warehouse.  In this case, Luvin Life will charge you with any costs associated with redelivery of the order. 

* We reserve the right to charge freight at cost price for bulk size items, bulk quantity orders and regional/rural deliveries to all states. In this instance we will advise the cost of freight before dispatch.
